1. About us

RightTo.Rent is a trading name of Bion Strategy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11672459). Our registered address is Flat 51 Whiteheads Grove, London, SW3 3HW, United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@rightto.rent.

2. The service

We provide a done-for-you compliance information pack ("compliance pack") to help landlords understand and demonstrate compliance with their legal obligations, including those arising under the Renters' Rights Act 2025. The pack includes a personalised compliance report, relevant document templates, and related compliance materials.

The compliance pack is an information product. It is not legal advice, and we are not a law firm or a regulated legal services provider. The documents we provide are based on published legislation and government guidance available at the time of preparation.

3. Ordering and payment

To use our service, you first complete a free compliance check by submitting our online intake form with details about your property and tenancy. There is no charge to complete the compliance check.

After submitting the form, you will be shown your compliance score on the results page. You may then choose to purchase your personalised compliance pack for £99 per property, inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at that point via Stripe.

By completing the purchase, you agree to these terms. We will use the information you provided in the intake form to prepare your compliance pack. No further information is required from you after payment.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver your completed compliance pack by email within 48 hours of payment. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by the volume of orders.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and tenants.
• You are responsible for reviewing, signing, and sending any letters or documents to your tenants.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the documents are appropriate for your specific circumstances. If in doubt, seek independent legal advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the compliance pack on an "as is" basis.
• We do not warrant that the documents will be suitable for your particular legal situation.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the documents, including but not limited to losses arising from regulatory action, tenant disputes, or court proceedings.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Refunds

If we have not yet begun work on your pack, you may request a full refund. Once we have begun preparing your documents, we will complete and deliver the pack. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the completed pack, contact us at support@rightto.rent within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

As the compliance pack is a personalised product prepared to your specification, you agree that the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 right to cancel during the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once we have begun work on your order with your consent.

8. Intellectual property

The documents in your compliance pack are provided for your personal use in relation to the properties specified in your order. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the documents.

9. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Changes do not apply retrospectively to orders already placed.
